Shipping, Cancellation, Return, Exchange and Refund policy

At My Milestones, we are committed to providing you with quality products. We take great care in using the best ingredients and high-quality craftsmanship for each and every product we produce.

SHIPPING TIME AND COST:

  • All orders will be processed within the same day. The actual dispatch will happen within 2 working days from the date of order, subject to availability. In case of non-availability, we will revert to you with expected delivery date.
  • If the product can not be supplied within 7 days of order date, we will intimate the same to you and credit full refund as reward points to your account, so that you can reorder the same or any other product from our website at your convenience.
  • The shipping is free for order value of Rs. 750/- and above. For all orders below Rs. 750/- , shipping charge of Rs. 70/- will be charged extra.
  • To know the status of your order, please track the order on our website.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

Any of our branded product with a quality defect, purchased from our website, can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase

How to claim REFUND:

  • Intimate us within 30 days of purchase, by e-mail to care@mymilestones.in about the defect in our product supported by images, description and your purchase order number.
  • On evaluation of the above communication, we will revert to you with our authorization of the return. Please return the product to our Mumbai corporate office.
  • Ensure that the returned product and accessories along with the packaging are all in original condition and are not used in any way.
  • On receipt of the goods and subject to reconfirmation of the defect, refund / replacement action will be initiated. Refund amount will be credited to your account in the form of reward points, so that you can reorder the same or any other product from our website.
  • In addition, we will credit 70 reward points to compensate you for the return expenses incurred by you.

RETURN OF WRONGLY SUPPLIED PRODUCT:

Any of our branded product, in-correctly delivered against your order, can be returned to us within 3 days of receipt of the same.

How to claim REFUND:

  • Intimate us by e-mail to care@mymilestones.in about the in-correctly delivered product, supported by images, description and your purchase order number.
  • On evaluation of the above communication, we will revert to you with our authorization of the return. Please return the product to our Mumbai corporate office.
  • Ensure that the returned product and accessories along with the packaging are all in original condition and are not used in any way. Please pack the product to be returned, in proper packaging so that the same is received by us in good condition.
  • On receipt of the goods and subject to reconfirmation of the defect, refund / replacement action will be initiated. Refund amount will be in the form of credit of reward points to your account so that you can reorder the same or any other product from our website.
  • In addition, we will credit 70 reward points to compensate you for the return expenses incurred by you.

EXCHANGE FOR ANY REASON:

The company does not offer any exchange of our products. This is strictly in view of the hygiene, safety and sensitive nature of all of our baby products. However, in case of a genuine exchange need, please intimate us by e-mail to care@mymilestones.in and we will consider the same on the merit of individual case. The company’s decision in this regard will be final.

*Please Note: Due to hygiene issue we can not take return/exchange for category products like Muslin Swaddles,Muslin Blankets, Nursing Aprons, Infant Essentials Clothing Gift Set.

C.O.D. RETURN:

In the case when C.O.D. order is not accepted for any reason, the company reserves its right to debit 70 reward points from your account towards the return freight expenses.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER:

We have an easy cancellation policy. Any order can be cancelled before the goods are dispatched from our warehouse, which is normally on the same day. It is therefore important that you get in touch with our customer care number 022-47001005 or e-mail us at care@mymilestones.in without any delay. Once the product is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. Please note that the entire order will have to be cancelled. It will not be possible to cancel part order.

Once the order cancellation is confirmed by us, we will arrange to refund the full order amount.

RETURN OF PURCHASED PRODUCT FOR ANY REASON:

The company does not offer any return option for the purchased product for any reason what so ever. This is strictly in view of the hygiene, safety and sensitive nature of all of our baby products. However, in case of a genuine exchange need, please intimate us by e-mail to care@mymilestones.in and we will consider the same on the merit of individual case. The company’s decision in this regard will be final.

PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION:

  • In case your purchased product is received in damaged condition, please Intimate us, within 3 days of receipt of the product, by e-mail to care@mymilestones.in describing the damage in the product, supported by images, description and your purchase order number.
  • It is absolutely important to send us image of the packaging if you received the same in damaged condition, before opening the same.
  • On reviewing your communication, we will guide you for return and refund process.
  • The refund amount will be in the form of credit of reward points to your account so that you can reorder the same or any other product from our website.
